"My family absolutely loved our stay. The house is clean, beautiful and well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was very helpful to have the outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella. The area was perfect for our family...quiet yet plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this home!"

"Overall we were terribly disappointed with the unit as soon as we entered. We quickly realized the online pictures were deceiving. Great location, 50 yards to the Atlantic Ocean, but too many issues with the unit itself. Shower curtain rod kept falling down, it needed replacing. The bathroom was dark. It was hard to shave with only the vanity light on. Air handler would not shut off, it ran 24/7 and was very loud in the bedroom. It was located in a adjacent bedroom closet. King size bed...

It was great to have access to a dock for some private fishing, and the location was close enough that a drive to the beach for dinner was only 10 or 15 minutes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the nautical decorations were adorable. Definitely looking forward to stay here again in the future. "

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
