"The short walk to the beach was our favorite part…literally walk out the front door and cross A1A. The small, compact unit was perfect for two adults. It was clean with a spacious great room with views of the water through the large plate glass windows. We saw beautiful sunrises. Parking is along side the building and this first floor unit was easy to access from the car. Highly recommend for two people."

"Overall we were terribly disappointed with the unit as soon as we entered. We quickly realized the online pictures were deceiving. Great location, 50 yards to the Atlantic Ocean, but too many issues with the unit itself. Shower curtain rod kept falling down, it needed replacing. The bathroom was dark. It was hard to shave with only the vanity light on. Air handler would not shut off, it ran 24/7 and was very loud in the bedroom. It was located in a adjacent bedroom closet. King size bed...
