The property offer an open concept main living space that combines the kitchen, dining area and family room with corner fireplace perfect for those colder nights or days. The main floor bedroom offer the prefect space for those with mobility issues or those who prefer to avoid the stairs. The principal bedroom offers a balcony that overlooks Sparrow Lake. The additional bedrooms offer the perfect space for kids or extra family. Sparrow lake has two marinas perfect for renting a boat and is perfect to explore by boat or motorized water craft. It's part of the Trent Severn waterway system giving you direct access to thousands of possibilities for exploration of the lake system.
