"The hotel has just been refurbished, and we weren't expecting the quality room we were given. Loved the decor, the hanging space and drink making facilities. The shower was brilliant, and very spacious. The bed was really comfy, great nights sleep. Only issue we had was the room temp as the air con unit was pumping heat out and was 26c. A very helpful staff member came to the room, despite it being midnight, to help. Not central, but close to the train station and a short walk on the walls to get to the Minster. Would definitely stay here again."
