Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"Parking was tough, if you came home past 10pm you were unable to park at the hotel. The breakfast could have some hard boiled eggs, bananas etc. It was lacking."

"The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... "stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...
