"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. "We had a late check-in and our host welcomed us with two glasses of wine. Very nice and clean room, breakfast was so good . The property is located 10 min away of Serravalle Designer Outlet. "The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day. "We really enjoyed the host and the family at the location. They are super and really take care of you. The restaurant is really cosy and has great food. They really know how to prepare nice plates and combine this with good wine. The apartment was less. The electronic equipment didn’t work and the roof was completely damaged.
