The courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy the delicious included breakfast or a lemon cello spritzer in the afternoon. Our room was actually a suite with an enormous private terrace. "I absolutely do not recommend the place. I booked it as a hotel room which ended up to be a air B&B. This is Expedia’s fault which list this place as a hotel. The outside, hallways and surround the room area was extremely dirty and unbelievable. Inside the room was just ok. Beside the whole family had just 1 key and card which could not get to the facility and room. There was no customer service. Towels and bathroom smelled like a mold. "Air conditioner broken, not informed there was no elevator, no help throughout stay. Had to find our own extra towels. Ran out of toilet paper. Owner stated he would make sure we received some. Never heard from him again except to ask us when we would be vacating the premises. 3 day stay. Never once contacted us to ask if there was anything we needed. "

"Nice place, though this does not feel like hotel hotel more like an shared apartment. We received no information on how to get into the building or our room. Luckily another couple was also staying there and entering at the same time, they were helpful enough to tell me how to get access, but this was not ideal. Might have been my fault for not sending IDs beforehand but also there was no follow up after booking. It was fixed quickly as soon as I talked to the host and the place was nice....

"The views from this apartment are stunning! Overlooks the Bay with Vesuvius in the distance You can catch glorious sunrises from the balcony. It is in a residential area so it is peaceful quiet. Perfect for our group. You do need to plan for transportation to almost anywhere as there is not too much within an easy walk. However, there is a bus stop across the street and we had no trouble securing a taxi whenever needed. Highly recommend!"
