"We had an amazing stay. Although we didn’t get the best view over the Douro from the room, the hotel itself it’s stunning and from the garden you get amazing views. Loved seeing the cats following us, very cute. Definitely worth the visit and we will be back again next year ❤️"

"This place is way, way off the beaten path. It was extremely disappointing the location this time of year. My daughter and I choose not to stay after learning that there were no amenities close by. Communication of exactly what to expect would he beneficial in choosing this place. We left anbhour after arriving, because we were both so uncomfortable "
