"Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen."

"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. "Marisoul is a lovely villa away from the crowds and a short bike ride or ride to the beautiful beaches. It’s a quiet and private location There were 11 of us and Marisoul provided more than adequate space for all of us. Edoardo was a fantastic host and helped two of our guest plan a small, private wedding at the villa. He was always available to answer any questions or help us with making plans for trips. "I don’t even know where to start. What an exquisite property ! Sermoneta is truly divine. This property is absolute perfection. Owner is amazing. Regrettably, we couldn’t stay forever. But if I could, I would ! The perfect location, locals are amazing and the house is ridiculously perfect. We were fortunate enough to stay when the Jasmine was in full bloom. OMG ! The air was drenched in its aroma. Intoxicating! The house was amazing beyond description. Highly recommend !!!"
