"The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 6 people. Suitable for small kids - safe and nothing to broke :) Huge lounge - terrace with a second kitchen, very convenient and nice. Barbecue station in the garden is very good as well (wood, coal etc. is generously provided by the owner). Location is very quiet, 5 mins walking to the sea (we can hear the waves at...

"Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen."

"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "
