"My wife and I are from southern New Hampshire in the US. The decision to visit Bali was a tough one, since the travel time to get from our house to the villa was approximately 40 hours. We could not be more pleased that we chose Villa Bidadari for our stay. We rented the property for two months, hoping that friends would join us. Those plans were impacted by medical issues, leaving the large villa to just the two of us. When we arrived at the villa we were immediately impressed! Agus welcomed us, helped us unload and showed us around the house. We got to see the remainder of the property the next morning. The villa is exactly as it appears in the Vrbo listing. The outdoor area is stunning, and is kept immaculate by Gede. We then met Ketut, who is one of the most pleasant individuals we have come to know. She made us a wonderful breakfast, and helped us plan meals for the next few days. She did most of our shopping, and prices at the local markets are very economical. She keeps the villa spotless, kept up with our laundry and made world-class meals for us. We then met Monic, whose office is on the villa property. She helped us with all of our special needs, setting up drivers, excursions, shopping trips, massages and dinner reservations. We went fishing with the locals several times, catching Mahi and many other species. Very reasonably priced. We felt spoiled during every moment of our stay, and would highly recommend the property to those who want to experience paradise!"

"The Mawar exceeded my expectations for a lovely, chill, 3 weeks. Petu, the cook/laundress/house keeper, took her job seriously and ensured. the place incredibly clean. Her food was so very yummy that we never ate in a restaurant over the 3 weeks, I visited. She took delight in surprising me with treats and special extras that I had not idea were part of the experience, aka fresh fruit smoothies, poolside each afternoon. Petu, the grounds and pool keeper, was also very attentive, kind and very concerned, ensuring we were always happy. We had only one afternoon, rain out during monsoon, so don’t let weather predictions dissuade. Beach access is a bit tricky and the black sand beach has debris and trash roll in with the tide. It does NOT smell and is all part of the experience. I spent so much time in the cabana, watching the fishing boats and distant cruise ships, and of course…many delightful Balinese massages. Aside from the great day of dolphin sightings. Excursions were mostly at least an hour away, with Very helpful driver, Kadek. He was a safe driver with lots of ideas for secret local gems. The Snorkeling, about 1.5 hr drive to the east was really, really excellent. I went twice during my stay and could have easily gone more. I enjoy the entire experience and getting to know the staff was extra special."

"Pros: -excellent and polite staff that made me feel at home -clean pool -fast check in -large, clean room in front of the pool -easy Airplay from MacBook to Sony tv -very delicious food at the restaurant -clean white towels -well manicured grounds -beachfront -lots of water provided daily - didn't have to ask for extra water -drinks in the fridge free - replenished daily Cons: -glass doors rattle when winds are strong -should have someone at the pool to stop outsiders from using the pool "

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, away from everything, this is it! Rolf and Dini responded to our inquiries very quickly. Rolf was kind enough to allow for extra family members. Dini arranged all our transfers and excursions. (Best snorkeling we’ve seen in a long time). Ilu and assistants cooked wonderful meals every time. The only thing that worked against us was the weather in rainy season. The days of excursions it rained, The days we wanted to relax it was sunny so we enjoyed the property and pool!
