"Owner (Alfonso) canceled our accomodation about 10 minutes before we arrived. Prior to arriving, we asked whether it was possible to arrive at 10pm (it says check-out was until 8:30pm but requests could be made). Alfonso said this would cost €120 extra. To which we replied, it is ok we will arrive before 8:30pm. He then threatened by saying if we arrive so much as 1 minute late we will have to pay €100. "Nice hotel, the location is convenient as it's close to the city centre, but removed enough to have a quiet night. The room we had was clean and spacious. The only downside for me was the coffee, which unfortunately tasted burned. The rest of the breakfast was good, though."

"B&B was in a great location with easy access to all attractions. Easy check in. The 2 most important things for me not matter where I’m staying are a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Both were fantastic. The room was very spacious. Fulvio was on hand. I was really pleased to see that there was a map of the city available. Lovely City. I recommend a visit. 😊"
