"Owner (Alfonso) canceled our accomodation about 10 minutes before we arrived. Prior to arriving, we asked whether it was possible to arrive at 10pm (it says check-out was until 8:30pm but requests could be made). Alfonso said this would cost €120 extra. To which we replied, it is ok we will arrive before 8:30pm. He then threatened by saying if we arrive so much as 1 minute late we will have to pay €100. "B&B was in a great location with easy access to all attractions. Easy check in. The 2 most important things for me not matter where I’m staying are a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Both were fantastic. The room was very spacious. Fulvio was on hand. I was really pleased to see that there was a map of the city available. Lovely City. I recommend a visit. 😊"
