"Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary. "The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges. Will not stay here again"
