" La Serra is a beautiful property, set in amazing gardens and with views to die for. It’s special to be so close to the lake and have a patio and garden to enjoy the views from. Nicola is a fantastic host and went out of his way to help with bookings and recommendations, even calling a restaurant to assist with a difficult booking. "Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. The kitchen and dining area have everything that you need to make meals for the entire family. "My biases are that I love older architecture. I would guess that this villa is well over a 100 years old and they have maintained the character while modernizing the kitchen and bathrooms. The views are beautiful. It did have a few minor issues that I would expect with an older villa which in no way affected our stay"
