"Stayed here for just one night during the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Price was good, room was fine and included a good, small fridge and a microwave. The property is convenient to several fast-food places and just off I-85. The free/included breakfast was also nice. The hotel asserts a $250 fee if you host a loud party. I had very loud neighbors in the next room, but after a quiet word to the hotel's night attendant, they either quieted down when warned or they quieted down of their own volition at around 1 am. "
