We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. "A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"We had to pay extra to upgrade but it was worth it... the place is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful view... the service is top notch. Pak rully the manager help us with renting the bike. Everything we need for is by walking distance. Definitely will be back in the future. "
