"This is a very large property, gardens are beautiful and well cared for but not so the paths, decking by the ocean and the pool area! Lots of broken umbrellas bases but not enough umbrellas! Pool needs lots of maintenance! Rooms are still lovely and well serviced but once again maintenance is needed! Staff are lovely but breakfast area is lacking in as much as clearing tables and filing up empty food containers! Because it's such a large hotel it's lost the personal feel!"
