"Lovely situation, overlooking the river and with restaurants and shops in the street just behind. Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests. No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well. "A very relaxing resort with beautiful grounds and friendly staff. It has great pools and a dedicated beach. It has a lot of free parking but on our, very late, arrival it took us a while to find a space due to some sort of event. It is only 5 minutes drive from a little town that has some great restaurants. We also enjoyed walking through the forest parallel to beach - shade and sea breezes."
