This spectacular villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, Far from mass tourism but close enough to local services, this is a quiet and familiar place. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the center of Palma de Mallorca and also the most spectacular beaches on the island.

The Cas Canar estate has 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, closets and air conditioning in all rooms. It has two bathrooms with shower. The capacity is 6 people. This centenary renovated house has all the comforts, such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV. Wi-FI, etc. but what they will enjoy most will be its spectacular swimming pool and its beautiful terraces, one of them in the woods.

To travel it is advisable to rent a car as there are incredible places in Mallorca to discover, and the farm is 2 km away. of Sencelles. It is a perfect place for families or friends who want to enjoy nature with all the comforts that the Cas Canar estate offers.

Ursprüngliche Finca
Wir waren vom vom 17.7-31.7.2021 in dieser Finca. Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne Zeit und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns: Die Vermieterin Teresa ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person. Auf Anfragen hat sie immer zügig reagiert und uns geholfen. Die Finca selbst hat einen schönen ursprünglichen Charme und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen die wir draussen hatten, haben wir die funktionierenden Klimaanlagen und den grosszügigen Pool sehr geschätzt. Es hat sehr viel Platz rund um die Finca und man ist komplett "privat" auf diesem riesigen Areal. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns: Die Reinigung entspricht leider nicht unserer Erwartung. Vor allem in der Küche (inkl. Geschirr) und in den Badezimmern waren wir mit der Reinigung nicht zufrieden und mussten selber "nachbessern". Die Lage der Finca liegt leider direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Zu Stosszeiten kommt alle 1-2 Minuten ein neuer Flieger runter (ca. 200-300 Meter über uns). Dadurch ist es extrem laut. Je nach Windrichtung hatten wir manchmal auch die startenden Flugzeuge direkt über uns. Wer diese Finca bucht, darf sich nicht über Fluglärm ärgern. Wir haben uns zwar damit arrangiert, würden das bei einer neuen Buchung aber unbedingt berücksichtigen.
