Can Grau, country house with pool for 18 up to 32 people. Plentiful country house with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Serra de Tramuntana located among vineyards in the area Sencelles inside the authentic 'Es Raiguer' of Mallorca.



The House has two completely independent apartments each other:

On the ground floor has, living room, kitchen and a separate living room with a large table for meetings and group meals, also a bathroom with shower.

on the same ground floor it has 6 double bedrooms, all with en suite.

One room is functional and adaptable as double bedroom or as a social hall, space for bicycles group ... or similar.



The other house on the top floor also equipped with lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms with private bath, all three rooms with direct access to the large porch with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounding area, also it has direct access goes directly to the terrace and swimming pool.



Outside has two swimming pools, one small with shallow water and surrounded by lawn where the children for sure will have a nice playtime.!



Large porch with chill-out area overlooking the pool. Children's area with swings, ping pong table and football goal.



Just two minutes walk on same property is a house with swimming pool and garden with lawn with two double rooms with a bathroom.

For 24 people some bedrooms will be closed, Price-Tariff for 32 people to discuss.



EXTRASNot included in the price to be paid on arrival:- From November to February stays of 5 nights minimumare accepted with extra cleaning supplement 750€, for 32 pax or 600€ for 24 pax.- Electricity according to consumption 0.28€xKW.- Tourist tax 2.20€ per day/pax.

Please note:- Parties and events are not allowed!- The swimming pool will be closed from December to February included.

Can Grau Gran Cancellation Policy:a) A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged for cancellations up to 90 days before the date of arrival.b) Between 89 and 60 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.c) Between 59 and 30 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price will be charged.d) Between 29 days before the date of arrival or in case of Non Show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.
