Good Value
This is a good value place to stay especially for longer stays with comfortable 48m2 rooms with Good WiFi. Mainly caters for Mainland Chinese and Asians, They go out of their way to make Westerners Comfortable. If you included breakfast Ask for a cooked Western Breakfast, eggs milk coffee etc. Probably 15 or more good restauraunts within 150 meters of the hotel. Interesting shops in the area. We will stay here again.

Cheap, but was not expecting the Ritz.
Beautiful staff that only work on Bali time. It takes them a long time to get anything done.. The rooms were minimalist but what do you expect for the price. The beds were clean with beautiful linen and very comfortable The bathrooms needed much attention, they were quite unhygienic and badly needed a good clean of the grout. They also smelt quite badly. The towels were of poor quality but they served their purpose.. The breakfasts were pretty bad. It was the hotel of running out of everything. Not a day went by when they had run out of something or another. Thank God for INGKAS next door but two. They had the best food I have ever tasted in Indonesia

Reluctantly leaving a review as I don't want anyone to find this gem! Recently stayed 3 weeks at the Signature Hotel and found it very relaxing and comfortable. Considering the rate I paid, it was a bargain with large, clean rooms and a extremely comfortable bed with a great choice of pillows. The hotel is around 1 year old and although it lacks finishes (painting etc) of a 5 star hotel, it is very clean and has a reasonably modern look about it. My only complaint is a lot of naturally noisy Chinese choose to stay here. The location is also a little out of the way but the beach is about a $2.00 Uber trip. Also has some good dining options very close by. Staff were great and special thanks to Pokercheat, Andre and Agus. Definitely going back !

A Wonderful Place to Stay
The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you. Total focus on the guests and any requests are dealt with immediately. I asked to have my bed quilt changed and it was done without delay by four staff members. Very comfortable bed. Security staff 24 hours and a safe neighborhood.They will make a Western breakfast ie. eggs, bacon, sausage etc. on request. Very nice pool with waterside bar. You cannot beat the quality and the service for this money.

Friendly staff, very clean room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet catered mainly for large Chinese tour group staying at hotel but fresh cooked poached eggs and omelettes delicious. Swimming pool beautifully maintained and perfect temperature to relax in. As still new hotel not well known & hotel signage not visible from street but located very close to Ingka restaurant which is well known to taxi drivers & uber drivers. Great wifi throughout hotel. Extensive water feature and fish along entrance very tastefully designed.

Cheap hotel, Seminyak not walking, good for surfer
This hotel, even though it seems close to all of the touristic attractions of Seminiyak is rather secluded. On the map it seems Seminyak is reachable on foot, but due to the ways the road are structured, you need to walk about 20 minutes through some questionable local areas. Scooter is probably a must if you wanna stay here. As far as the rooms are concerned, even though everything is freshly renovated, the materials are very primitive and cheap. The clientele at the hotel is very mixed, and personally I wouldnt want to swim in the same pool as most of the guests. Wi-fi just terrible. So is the view from the window, facing the wall of an adjacent building. Good option for backpackers or surfers

So annoyed and upset by their customer service
Very upset about their service. Signature hotel and hotels.com had a miscommunication on our breakfast. The confirmation we received from hotels.com is with breakfast and even I forwarded to the signature hotel management someone called Ega, his attitude is "sorry our confirmation from them is no breakfast and you have to check with their customer service"!! He/she just stranded out of the matter and he doesn't realize for their miscommunication, for me as a client it's in no way my responsibility to help them fix the problem! It's incredible this kind of attitude! Fortunately the customer service of hotels.com was amazing and prompt. They helped me contact the reception and fixed it out! It took us a late amount of holiday time and guess what we finally had for the breakfast: bread, jam and orange juice!!!! We are so disappointed by their service! The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. The area has nothing to offer and we chose it for one night just because it was the last night in Bali and we still haven't discovered this area! Anyway, we will not recommend this to our friends for future stay.

We actually extended our stay as was a lovely clean room. Breakfast was not that great but you could order eggs which was a plus. On check out we waited nearly 2 hours for a taxi and when questioned reception just kept apologising and eventually just tried to ignore us.( reception staff member had trouble communicating due to language). Really hard to find as no street signage and the driveway is like cobblestones so really hard to walk on so inconvenient to hail a taxi. Ended up asking security to hail a taxi and all he could offer was a ride to airport for $50 AUD!!. Ended up downloading bluebird app and taxi arrived within 5 mins. Cost us $9 AUD Put a real damper on experience and we were just lucky we allowed plenty time for flight!!

Awesome staff, tidy place, very good overall exp.
Staff was superb in all respects. Always with a smile, always helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for you. The hotel was nice and cozy, the swimming pool, albeit small, was well kept and nice enough for a swim. All in all, very happy with my stay in Signature hotel. One thing I would recommend the management, though: add a sign on the JL Mertanadi entrance. It's sort of impossible to know that that is the hotel entrance... unless you already know!

Highly recommend a stay here
A very pleasant experience from start to finish. This is a new hotel and I highly recommend a stay. Everything was prefect; the food, room, bed, cleanliness, pool not to mention the warmth and friendliness of the staff made all the difference. There are some restaurants and shops nearby and everything else is in 10 minute walking distance. I'm a walker and made my way around all of Seminyak, I enjoyed the 30minute walk to Double Six Beach but if this doesn't suit everyone there's no problem arranging a taxi. I wish the Management and staff every success with the business and hope to return again
