Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property was a scam
I booked this listing and upon arrived saw that there was a household full of people already living in the property. After paying 4k AUD to rent the villa arriving to a household full of people and being told the property was not available was definitely not a great start to my holiday especially with a toddler in tow. However, VR customer service were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was a complete turn around.
