"I gave this stay a 4 out of 5 for the following reasons. First the good; great location only a five minute drive to the beach. Four bedrooms worked great for our size family and the kitchen was nicely updated. Game room was a nice touch as was the coffee bar/keurig and large dining room and living room, good space for larger groups. Interior was clean and no bugs seen for three days stay(thank you!).This stay did not get 5 stars for the following reasons. The property was exactly as advertised...

"The place was very dirty and had a bad odor. The kitchen had dead roaches and rat droppings. The ice maker had mold, the toilet was brown, the pool water was brown and green and looked unsafe. Upon checking in at 4pm on Saturday, we contacted the management company and they showed up at 6:30 pm, took pictures and agreed the house was not in a livable condition. We then checked out at 6:45 pm. We traveled almost three hours to only stay for two hours."

"We absolutely loved this home! My family had a total of 8 adults and 5 kids. This property had enough space for all if us. The family area was great for the kids while the adults enjoyed the upstairs living space. The pool was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals as a family. The beach was just 5 minutes away perfect location! Would definitely stay again!away. Perfeaway. "
