"The layout of the house was great, and decorations. There is an unheated pool, so too cold for us to go in during November. My only disappointment was no TV in the primary bedroom but one in the other two bedrooms and the pool table room. The owner communicated quickly and left great instructions ,and a box of chocolates that was above and beyond. I appreciated her what’s in the house is for your use. I’ve had many rentals that wanted to charge me extra to use beach supplies, ect. If you want...

"We enjoyed the spacious home and pool. Communication with Nathan was excellent. The pool deck needs to be repainted and the driveway needs repaving but Nathan says these are things on his to do list, and they didn't get in the way of our 4rth of July stay. We visit St. Pete often and will definitely rent from Nathan again!"
