The screened lanai and the swim spa/hot tub were fabulous. Had one minor issues which was addressed immediately. Host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the spacious home and pool. Communication with Nathan was excellent. The pool deck needs to be repainted and the driveway needs repaving but Nathan says these are things on his to do list, and they didn't get in the way of our 4rth of July stay. We visit St. Pete often and will definitely rent from Nathan again!"
