Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

"Die Einrichtung aber auch die Funktionallität lassen keinerlei Beanstandungen zu. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Durch die Lage etwas abseits und sehr ländlich. Dies ist jedoch kein Minuspunkt. Allerdings war die Mückenplage mehr als eine Zumutung. An diesem Punkt wären mehr präventive Massnahmen gefragt."
