"We made a reservation for this place, not really knowing what we were getting into on the way from Crotone to Soverato. The place is in Satriano: a delightful modern palazzina, in quiet area high on the hill, with easy street parking and, with a car, easy access to Soverato. Sorrounded by fruit trees loaded with mandarins oranges and ripe pomegranates, our place place was in the back, sparkling modern and with design accessories in the bathroom. "Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "

"This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. "Modern B&B in a converted apartment building. A little difficult to find (other guests staying also had the same problem) as it shows the back entrance on Google maps. Plenty of free, secure parking available once inside. Make sure to notify the property when you are arriving as it is not staffed all the time. Lovely host though. Property is out of town but not a problem if you have a car."

"Eine tolle idyllische Finca am Fuße des Stiefels. Sehr gepflegte Anlage in typisch süditalienischem Stil. Ganz liebe Verwaltergemeinschaft um die Chefin Sophie Talarico Wir waren 15 Erwachsene und somit so gut wie vollbesetzt. Speiseräume und Kücke reichen übrig für diese Personenzahl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dahin gehen. Danker an Sophie für eine schöne Zeit :-)"

"We had the privilege of staying at VOI Floriana Resort with our two young children, a two-year-old and a four-month-old. Flying from San Diego to Italy for my cousin's wedding, we decided to extend our trip. The wedding was in Padova, but we chose the coastal VOI Floriana Resort in Simeri-Crichi, Calabria. The resort was the perfect choice, beautifully located on a serene beach. The family-friendly atmosphere, with many other families vacationing, was exactly what we needed. The outdoor kids' play area had numerous activities, and the kids' club had amazing staff with all-day activities. The nursery was a great bonus, even cleaning and sanitizing my daughter's bottles. The resort also has a kids' restaurant for children to dine separately, allowing parents to enjoy a date night. The kids' pool was perfect for hot days, and the private beach had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The beach was stunning, with clear water where you could see your feet and fish. Although sandy, the water had pebbles, so water shoes are a good idea. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was fantastic. The buffet-style restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a variety of fresh and delicious options. Breakfast was consistent each morning, while lunch and dinner menus changed daily. Self-serve drink stations, including beer and wine, were very convenient. The staff was welcoming and friendly, enhancing our experience. "
