"Everything was good until we collected our car from the lower ground car park . The steep exit scrapped our under chasis really bad that we think they may be damage to it . We did inform reception but needed to get away as the parking outside was restricted. "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."

"We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, i had asked if possible to have a room on a high floor, when we checked in the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. We definitely got the WOW! factor when we walked in. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. Its was absolutely spotless and the views were amazing we had both sea and mountain. My only negative was that we had to leave. I would highly recommend the Blue Line...

"Stayed here several times, always find the accommodation comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Allocated room 308 on arrival, nice room, however a continuous problem with drain smell in the bathroom which we reported everyday. The smell was vile, and although cleaning staff put bleach down the drains it did not cure the problem. Therefore my stay for this holiday was not as good as any previous stays."

"We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. "We have stayed here before and the reason we came back is because it is very clean, there is a balcony facing the beach, the staff are lovely and very helpful and the apartments are very close to shops, restaurants and pubs. They don’t charge for the safe and they lend you an iron for free. It’s perfect. "

Excellent value for money.

"Check-in was very easy, took less than 2 minutes. Room was very clean and a good size, with a balcony overlooking the outside pool. Indoor pool was very clean, and water was a good temperature. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, likewise with the buffet dinner. Dining room staff were helpful and friendly, and food was continually kept topped up. Evening entertainment was very good, some nights had shows, other nights music to dance to. Free car park 5 minute walk up the top of the road. 10 minute walk into the Old Town, 5 mins to the beach. Excellent value for money."

"So nice hotel! I never saw the best breakfast last five years all around the world, including Singapore and Paris. Fresh squeezed orange juice, ham Iberica, all kinds of eggs, fruits and so on. The room is really spacious, SPA, every evening live music! So friendly staff. Thank you very much! "
