"I stayed in room 309 and was in Eureka Springs for the Jinglin' Jeep Parade that night. The hotel is amazing and I love the location. The shuttle service was also amazing and convenient. I love the historic feeling of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Really nice staff. Especially enjoyed talking with Morgan at the front desk. Would have liked to have little pillows to help support back when sitting on the couch. Also saw a stain (?) on the floor by the sink - might have been pet urine but did not try to clean it. The fire alarm going off due to smoke machine at party in conf rm was an added bit of excitement for new years eve. I think having a little informal get-together to celebrate the new year might have been nice as well, especially for those of us who had nothing else to do, and for long-term guests.But having a place to stay, especially on somewhat short notice, was very helpful for us. The breakfast was a little bit less than what it is advertised, but we made due. Could have had a little more variation between days, especially with the omelettes. But loved having coffee (especially decaf) always available in the lobby as well. And good creamer options. Oh, and could have used some non-dairy options for milk at breakfast (almond, coconut, soy, etc.). Lots of people don't drink dairy anymore. Also would have liked hand/body lotion in the bathroom and a bathtub, but did not realize the room only had a shower until after we had already booked and got to it. Will look more closely next time, but should like it to be made clearer in the booking too."

"Nice clean hotel. Love the use of texting. They texted us the code to get in the room, Wi-Fi information, etc., and we could text back if we needed anything, which we didn’t. No keys to keep up with! Beds were comfy. "
