"Good help is hard to find… and well needless to say Amber at the front desk is one of those people who made the stay wonderful. Despite checking in after midnight, we were greeted with a welcoming smile and cheerful attitude. So few in management realize when a guest checks in at a hotel - the one person who makes or breaks a stay is that first and most oftentimes last personal contact with the brand; the person checking you in at the front desk. You’re essentially staying in “their home”. Are they unhappy to see you, are they annoyed at your presence? That will certainly accentuate any flaws the place you’re staying at has, But staying at a place where you're greeted by someone who is warm & welcoming, especially after a very long drive - you can easily overlook the little things. Amber is definitely one of those amazing people Red Lion should hold onto, if they can - she’s one of those hard to find good help. The hotel room itself was a bit dated, but still quite clean and quiet, beds were comfortable and the price was right. Management was incredibly kind as well - apologetic for the slightly limited breakfast due to the kitchen remodel they are undergoing - they still had waffles though! Definitely would stay here again."

"This is absolutely the best Quality Inn I have ever visited. I'm on the road at least 2 weeks a month and stay at a wide variety of hotels/motels. It was clean and all areas well maintained. The staff was exceptional. "

"I just needed a room for 1 night as I was traveling. The reservation process was easy and efficient. I would be arriving late and called ahead to let the front desk know. Staff was very friendly and noted my reservation. When I arrived the clerk at the desk was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and quiet. Check out was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. I was very happy with my stay! "
