"The hotel itself was beautiful but unfortunately the immediate area around the hotel is not - and had lots of building works going on - also not having a bar or restaurant or communal area on site is a negative - staff were lovely and helpful and as I said the hotel was lovely too "

We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! "Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so it’s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No...

"This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kelea Villas. It was the perfect spot for us, close to town. Loved having access to the gym and our plunge pool. They let us check in a bit early and arranged scooter rentals for us as well as helped us arrange airport pickup. Would stay here again."

"The hotel itself was really good. It's very quiet, and the room is excellent for the price you pay. However, it's a long walk into town, and the area around it is under construction, so outside the hotel itself is rather dirty. But overall, I liked it very much."

"I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!"

"A great and clean villa! The living room is spacious with a very comfortable sofa. Wahyan, the manager of the villa was helpful and detailed in explaining to us on the facilities available. "Just in case you didn't receive feedback about our arrival at the villa I'd like to update you. When we arrived staff were so surprised to see us as they said they had not received notification from Stayz that we were arriving. I spoke to Icak & luckily they didn't have a booking until the 1st August. We then disappeared for three hours while they cleaned the villa. It did look lovely when we returned. "We spent almost a month here while doing some volunteer work in the area. Villa Batu Sisi became our comfort space with a very homely feel. Adung and Marley (onsite staff) were the highlights for us. Wonderfully friendly and no request was a problem for them. They took care of the house, our washing and cleaning and helped our boys husk coconuts and harvest mangoes. The Villa was fine but does need some attention and would benefit from renovation as it’s quite dated. The A/C is not very cold...

"Unique beachfront location in a quiet bay. The staff so friendly and helpful. Great food and happy hour. It is quite isolated so do need a car or driver to get around. We loved the isolation for a truly relaxing holiday. "

"The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. From a spacious lobby with lit water features immaculately clean, to greetings from smiling staff. It's right on the beach front, with true infinity pools, that lead your eye right out to the sea. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles. The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool. We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night. The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space. There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day. Beach towels are provided. The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators. There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach. The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar. The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets. One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket"
