"Where to begin with this resort. For starters, I’ve stayed at many places from all over the world and sudamala sengiggi is by far one of if not the best places I’ve stayed at. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, food is amazing and affordable as well considering we stayed at a luxury hotel. It is very well balanced between food from Indonesian food and international food so it serves all palates. They also offer a romantic dinner package for couples which we took and it was absolutely amazing, a must do for honey-mooners or couples staying at the resort. In addition, they offer many excursion/experience packages for people to do that offer a very wide array of choices. One of the best if not the best excursion packages is the 3 Gili island trips which is a private boat trip to the islands which includes snorkeling and lounging/exploring the final island which is Gili Trawangan. The room choices and accommodations are very lovely as well as the room cleaning service. All in all, a 10/10 resort experience, if you come to Lombok, this is a must stay place. "

"Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. "The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing. "
