"Very close to the train station. Clean towels and trash pick up daily, place items to be replaced outside of the door by 10:00 am. Room cleaned thoroughly about once a week - do not have access to the room during this time. Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood. Complimentary, very delicious Japanese breakfast. Washers and dryers available - best to do laundry in the morning. Knowing a few words of Japanese or having someone translate is helpful. Very comfortable room - small, like a cruise ship cabin. Very helpful, kind staff. Will definitely stay here again."

Note that early check-in and late check-out are perks for Comfort Club Members, so they enforce the 3pm check-in time for everyone else. If that's important, you should sign up before you arrive. Located on the East side of the station. Most all of the stores and restaurants are located on the West side. Easy enough to go through the station even though Google Maps wants you walk all the way around. Likewise, there are sometimes taxis on the East side, there are always several on the West side. There are two restaurants on the first floor of the hotel. One looked like a large Izakaya chain. It was just okay. Didn't try the other one - Kitaya Kitchen."

"Newly renovated and room even had a massage chair! Clean and room size was just nice. Location was great, just across the road from Meitetsu Gifu station. Downstairs you’ve got convenience store and loads of food options. Affordable price too given the great location! "
