"We loved our stay at Beachside Villas in Placencia. These condos are right on the water, literally 10 yards from the surf line. The price was great and the staff was responsive. It’s a great location between Placencia town and Maya Beach, about halfway down the peninsula. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants are near it. Comfortable and clean, it was a relaxing vacation. "

"We had 11 family members and rented all four units. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The roof top pool was a hit and the units are awesome. We would definitely stay again and will refer our friends."

"This was a very nice and charming place for 2 couples. If there is only one complaint to be had it would be the access road to the property. Riddled with clay pot holes that take a toll on your re Tal vehicle and your neck. The property itself is very nice and accommodating. We were easily picked up at the dock by our chartered boat that took us to the many Keys in Placencia. I would come back here."

"Edwin graciously collected us and drove us by pontoon boat to the other side every day twice a day for walking to shops, meals, and entertainment. The house was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Loved the thatch covered roof top and pool."

"We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed. Kitchen is well laid out, although could use some better utensils (the knives were dull and useless). One major con was the wi-fi was spotty, weak and...
