"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. "This is a lovely hotel. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a single room, and was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was great and towels fluffy. One thing I would say is that the door to the bathroom is clear - not a problem for me as I was alone (and think my room was meant for one).
