"The property was very private with kind and helpful neighbors. It is cozy but has super windows which give a more open feel. It is located in a pedestrian area so be aware of large luggage. The sleeping quarters are with low ceiling but as I am well over 6 feet tall you get used to that and regardless spend most of the time outdoors in this incredible village. Gérard was most excellent with communicating to us!! Excellent host"

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "Lovely property in a great location, the rooms are well equipped, clean, with a good housekeeping team. All the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was lovely, Agnus, Karin & the team always on hand to offer good suggestions for the days activities. lovely to be able to walk on the sea front after breakfast to gauge the days weather. Cannes is lovely, worth exploring. The train station is a ten minute walk away and the train service is very good both to the airport, Monaco, Nice etc. We will definitely be going back. "

"We stayed here for 7 days and it was a great base to see Antibes, Cannes and Saint Tropez. The staff, and I truly mean the whole staff, were incredible! From check-in to check-out we were treated so well, that we will miss each staff person we met. The front desk, the breakfast and dinner staff, the gentleman that parked our car…….so professional and accommodating, and in a truly genuine way. It really made our stay memorable and we’re not only appreciative but very thankful. "
