"It is a new rental you can say from left behind signs of renovation as building dust , sawdust etc, it would be a lovely place with little bit of love and customer needs approach. For example booking for 3 people and there are only two cups, no tea spoon or stick to stir your coffee/tea. The bathroom door doesn’t fit and make terrible noise so if you use it at night it wakes up everyone else. Outside lighting is extremely bright and lights up the whole room against closed curtains. "Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."
