"It is a new rental you can say from left behind signs of renovation as building dust , sawdust etc, it would be a lovely place with little bit of love and customer needs approach. For example booking for 3 people and there are only two cups, no tea spoon or stick to stir your coffee/tea. The bathroom door doesn’t fit and make terrible noise so if you use it at night it wakes up everyone else. Outside lighting is extremely bright and lights up the whole room against closed curtains. "I never complain about anywhere I've ever stayed, well until now. A hotel room is somewhere 2 sleep, the bed was ok, but we had no fresh laundry. We ran out of loo roll, the shower was broken. Tea and coffee facility was a kettle, no cups or even a glass. We had 2 buy everything from the supermarket. Never saw any staff until 830 on check out day. "We knew the moment we drove up to the hotel that this was a disaster. The state of the outside told you to prepare yourself and we were right. Having refuse the junior suite we had booked the other room we were shown was even worse.
