Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Excellent communication beforehand with the host, Melanie, responding promptly to my queries, albeit in German. Her mother lives in the apartment below so was on hand for our arrival from the UK, and kindly gave us some tinned meat and butter for a simple supper as there were no shops open in walking distance.
