"Great place to stay to experience a West Coast beach at the front door. Rustic, quirky and a proper Kiwi crib/bach. We loved the blue penguins under the house. Their quirky chirping and calling under the floorboards was thrilling. Eat your heart out, David Attenborough! Never enough to be at all annoying and we actually wanted them to put on more of a performance."
