"I stayed for a week at this historic cottage during a cold spell. The furnace was great.The cottage was well equipped for cooking, doing laundry and doing business in COS. Of all our VRBO stays, this property had the most chill check in and checkout instructions. "

"My husband and I stayed here while dog-sitting our son’s mini dachshund. We loved the peaceful setting with access to the stream in back. There is both a private fenced area for this cabin as well as a shared area to sit and relax by the stream. It is within a short walking distance to all the Manitou attractions. Inside is clean, recently renovated and comfortable. We would definitely rent again!"

"Was on a roadtrip and needed a place for one night. Was a beautiful place and neighborhood. Got fast responses from the owner. If im in the area again would definantly stay. Can get noisy with people upstairs but wouldnt stop me from coming back. "

"We absolutely ADORED staying at this cottage. We went for Spring Break and it was perfect. . We enjoyed relaxing at the cottage, eating wonderful food in town, and enjoying the scenery. The location of the cottage is perfect. It's just 10 minutes away from Colorado Springs which was so convenient. The hot tub and shower were amazing. We loved reading by the creek. We plan on visiting again soon! The property manager was the nicest ever, too!"
