"Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. "I had the pleasure of spending the Christmas holidays at Black Bear Chateu in Colorado Springs. The home was beautiful and my host, Mary Louise, had decorated my home with Christmas lights and decorations which made me feel right at home. The property has everything you could ask for including bedroom, kitchen, televisions in the living room and bedroom and deer and turkeys that visited every morning. "My wife and I loved our stay. We have been in many VRBO’s and this was the most well thought out place we’ve stayed. It was wonderful to have so many different outdoor spaces to relax and when it started snowing, it was nice to sit in front of the floor to ceiling windows, drink coffee, and watch the snow come down. The home is very well equipped and it is located near everything v. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again."

"My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday."

"We stayed at this hotel last week for our first trip to Colorado and it by far exceeded our expectations. The pool & hot tub were great, our room was clean, the beds were comfy, breakfast was great. It was a great place to stay with a great price point. It was a convenient location next to restaurants and a great view of the mountains. Will definitely stay here again when we go back!"

Great downtown pick for CS

"The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in a long time!!! The washer dryer being located on 7th floor worked but I had to go downstairs 3 times to get change, then machine took too many quarters to start. The staff were all - yes I mean all- very friendly and super helpful. I eat fairly clean food and prefer healthier options for breakfast, but their coffee was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this location ….I walked to dinner with lots of options and got some shopping done a couple of streets over. If you are in the area stay here….you won’t be disappointed. "
