"Everything was fantastic at the hyatt, staff overall was warm and pleasant. The beach/ pool/ area around the property is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that we didnt expect was the additional $65 dollars a day from booking with a third party (expedia). Originally our package was about $1100, we were very surprised to see a checkout bill for an additional $1000, 500 being this hotel booking fee. Why dont they just include that amount in the original booking price? We were not super happy to...

"Gorgeous gated property on a lot of land (huge golf course), easy access to the beach and loungers, multiple pools (some adults only) and a kids area, lots of activities for kids and games like table tennis, billiards, soccer. Staff were very accomodating. There is a pay per day parking structure if you rented a vehicle ($18/day as I am writing this review). I enjoyed our view and hearing the cocqui tree frogs at night. "

"My wife and I took our kids (5 and 2.5) along with my parents to stay on the Bahtia resort property and loved every minute of it. The in subdivision pool was great for an evening swim and during the day we had easy access (via golf cart) to both the beach club pool and bar area as well as the st Regis hotel pool and bar area. We also explored the boathouse which featured kayaks, paddle boards, and a floating obstacle course which proved daunting for my kids (this time)All of the staff members...
