Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I hope the property owner and management take these comments as constructive criticism.
1. Although the stepping stone pathway may look sweet. The uneveness made walking to room uneasy.
2. Dark wood room and dim lighting made room very depressing.
3. Asked room to be cleaned but on twi occasion it was not done.
4. English breakfast only the eggs were hot, bacon sausage and potato was cold. Asked for butter, was told they only had butter for the chef. Waited 5 minutes for them to bring salt and pepper after asking 3 times. They were also out of a lot of items. Most properties include breakfast in the room fee. This location charged.
5. The bath dresser was missing handles. I found one inside the drawer which I put on myself. After cleaning the mouse poop out of the drawers.
6. The manager dud even say hello or introduce himself when we walked through reception.
I believe that with so much competition the standard of service and accommodations would have been better.
We ended up checking out early and our new hotel came to pick us up.
