"We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. "Very comfortable room with a strong internet connection, smart TV, and well-working A/C. A thick, hard, very comfortable mattress to sleep on. Very quiet setting, disturbed one one night only by a loud guest. Close to restaurants, the center, a 15-minute walk from the beach. "

"We stayed for only one night and this place was perfect as a stopover before taking the fast boat to Lombok. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the property was clean and tidy. As a bonus we had a meal the evening before we arrived and I had a “ monster burger” which you could tell was cooked with care and delicious. All that and breakfast thrown in ! Difficult to beat for the price and highly recommended."

"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"Near market but secluded a bit. Be prepared for animal noise at night. I did not eat there as better options within walking distance in central Ubud. Something that I not at 2 hotels in Ubud is when you put the sign clean my room’ and go out, they don’t clean the room but turn the card that say ‘do not disturb’. Then they say they didn’t clean because of the sign. "

"Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. "We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool because of our VIP status for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We loved it so much! The accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary a la Carte breakfast was fabulous. The entertainment was fantastic. The spa services were excellent! We were about 10 minutes away from town centre but the free shuttle made it easily accessible. The only issue we found was the area around the resort. There was a lot of construction and a very rowdy resort next door. There are so many places to choose in Bali and we are so happy we chose this one. Would recommend!"

"This Hotel is exactly like the pictures on the website - a rare quality. What the pictures don’t tell you is how nice, helpful and friendly the staff are. For me the location couldn’t have been better, I could to walk to everywhere I wanted to go, Monkey forest, temples and rice fields. Well done"
