"Staff was super friendly and our stay was amazing considering the construction going on. Didn’t affect us one bit. The room was very clean, housekeeping was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was so professional and his customer service was spot on. He even gave my son a prize for winning at connect 4 in the lobby. Side note, I lived off of the coffee in that lobby lol super tasty! "

"Michael and the lovely lady (sorry didnt catch her name) that checked us in were FANTASTIC and extremely helpful answered all my questions and even obliged to get us a upgraded room that faced the river. Customer service was excellent and the room was beautiful! Wow! We are so happy we found this hotel and we look forward to staying here again and bringing our family. Highly reccomend! We'll also have to try the happy hour next time, they had a food menu that sounded delicious and a beautiful little bar and sitting area in the lobby."
