"Recently updated the Oaks was a great choice, 24hr reception helped my late arrival after delayed flight. The room was spacious, well appointed and had a comfortable bed. The fridge mini cook-top and microwave helped as I was in town for the week. Will be back. "

There is also a welcome sweet treat in my room when I walked in. I feel safe because of the door card entry, to elevators, and to room. For the full Mall experience, I took the Tourism Shuttle from CBD(Russell / Flinder Street) to Chadstone Mall with return one week after. The Chadstone Mall is huge. The hotel is only a 3 minute undercover walk from the mall. It provided a close-to sleep-in mall experience. Imagine that everyday waking up, just to spend time in a mall, no extra travel time is needed. For all the Mall lovers, I would greatly recommend. "
