Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, playful dolphins, and gorgeous starry nights. After a long day of walking, biking or relaxing prepare yourself a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and a rinse off in the private outdoor shower. The master suite includes a private ocean view deck, perfect for enjoying your early morning coffee with the sounds of the waves and expansive ocean views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was meticulous and the views can't be beat. Saw dolphins every morning and the beach house pool was wonderful and a short walk away.

An absolutely perfect unit and location!
We were visiting seabrook for a wedding and had an amazing time at this property. The unit was spacious and so clean with incredible views of the water. The location is unmatched with being close to the country club and the pools/restaurants. Cam was so helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions so quickly. Would definitely come back here!

Fantastic location, lots of wildlife!
We were very impressed with this property. We enjoyed waking up to the waves crashing on the shore line and watching the birds and porpoises right from our back porch. Plenty of space for our family and it included all of the amenities, including beach, chairs, boogie boards, casting net, etc. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect home for family getaway
We had our kids and partners with us for a long-awaited family vacation, and this seaside home was wonderful for our week of relaxation. The home is exquisitely appointed, yet comfy and cozy. The quiet location on the water gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax, and all the amenities meant we could easily cook with our family just as if we were in our own home! The host was available to answer our questions at all times, making it easy to access the home's many features. I would definitely recommend it!

The BEST vacay!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying for 2 weeks and we loved every second. Cam was so responsive and helpful. The house was well-stocked, had high quality furniture and appliances, and the best views on the island. One night we watched deer roaming the back yard area and dolphins jumping right by the dock literally at the same time. Just magical! We will definitely be back!

My family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 3-12) enjoyed staying here. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect and so convenient! We loved being right off the sand and the deck was heavenly for reading a magazine while listening to the surf. A perfect way to cap off the summer!

Amazing Stay
This rental was perfect. Cam is a wonderful responsive host who was quick with answers to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The check in process was very easy with early check in and a digital code. The house itself is walking distance to the pool and club which was perfect as we stayed here as a family for my wedding. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of those properties that words don't really do justice. The waterfront views are amazing and we spent more time in the unit than we had anticipated enjoying the views of the water, the wildlife and sunsets. The owner is great he is super helpful and responsive. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Winter Getaway
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful home! The beachfront views were amazing and the direct access to the beach was very convenient. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach club. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the owner, Cam, was very responsive to any questions we had. Our young children loved the bunk room and especially enjoyed seeing dolphins right out front every day of our stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Stay!
Party of 4, including married couple, SIL, and aging, but young at heart Mom. We really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse was perfect and we had plenty of room. Great views and saw many dolphins! A break of a learning curve on the range. Lol. Would certainly stay here again. Harris Teeter grocery worked out well.

We stay in different beach homes several times a year. This was by far the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. We had ample pots, pans, cutlery, spices, and serving trays. There was not one thing we wished we had that wasn’t provided. Fantastic rental!

Awesome home and awesome host
My family, which included my 3.5 year old and my elderly parents among others, stayed at this home and we had a wonderful stay. The elevator that goes from the garage to the two floors of the home is extremely useful. The views, including daily morning dolphin sightings were beautiful. Seabrook Island is beautiful, clean, and not too crowded. The host, Cam, is such a nice guy and attentive to guests' needs and was generous with offering flexibility when requested. Thank you, Cam, for a great stay!

Beautiful House on the Beach
The house was very nice, overall. The owner was easy to reach and helpful with any issues that came up. The boardwalk steps were washed out, so we had to use the neighbor's boardwalk the entire time, which wasn't easy with older family members and small children, but the owner compensated us, for the inconvenience. Had a great time there and would rent this property again.

Amazing time away
The entire stay was wonderful. When you first open the door, you can see the water, which was amazing. The early morning dolphins visiting the beach was a great experience. The outdoor sectional couch was great for sunsets! Owner was very accommodating and the house had many upgrades you typically don't see in rentals. Big screen tv, sonos arc, vitamix, etc. We can't wait to rent again!

Wonderful views, semi-private beach just steps away, and walking distance to resort club. Cam was very helpful (even came to fix one issue in kitchen during our stay) and communicative. Clean, comfortable and updated. The only surprise was that these are "duplex" units. We couldn't tell that from the pictures or description, but it was no issue at all. Highly recommend.

Perfect location with Beautiful Home
This is one of the best properties to rent on Seabrook. You cannot get any closer to the beach and the Pelican’s Nest & Pool. The house was clean and well maintained. The private boardwalk from the house to the ocean was in great shape (the ones nearby were in disrepair) The owner also provided many beach chairs and toys which was a plus. Our favorite part of the home was sitting on the outside deck enjoying the ocean views and sounds. Thanks to the owner, Cam, for allowing us to rent this beautiful home. He was also very nice to work with.
