"This one bedroom property at Lagoons has the entrance facing the Sea to Sky road so it is very isolated and no one walks in the area. Once you are in the property it is so quiet and isolated which I prefer instead of normally busy Whistler village. Week before Christmas 2024 there was heavy snow and the entrance was completely blocked by 1-1/2 ft of snow. Maintenance person after 8am used a snowblower to clear a path to Lagoon main entrance. Underground parking has 2 sections / 2 gates. ...

"Such a great spot, hard to find a place in a better location. Comfy beds, great setup, well stocked. My only drawback was some rather strange communication with the property manager during our stay. The shower was broken and after informing the property manager, he sent texts that assured me it couldn't be the case and telling me I must not be turning it on correctly, as though I'd never turned on a shower before. I had to spend 45 minutes going back and forth via text and sending him videos...

The only thing I would point out is the communication with the owner: no email response nor a response to my phone call as we just wanted to make sure things are fine. The instructions inside the house were good, pretty straight-foward. Things are very well-organized. I would recommend the place to my family and friends and even book again in the future. "We had to find a unit to stay in last minute when our other VRBO suddenly had a hot water tank flood. Hassan very kindly agreed to let us bring our dog even though she is a bit bigger than his policy states. He was a life saver for sure. The unit is well appointed and over looks the pool. Would stay there again!"
