"We liked that it was located inbetween farm land and hills. What we didn't like was the stairs were well used to the point of almost being unsafe. But they are authentic for the time period when it was built."

"We stayed for 5 weeks and enjoyed it. It’s ideal for 2 people, 3 for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen and dining area. Light and airy with several windows. Handy having a washer and drying rack for clothes. Beautiful grounds, views of the lush Umbrian countryside, and friendly and accommodating co-hosts (no English) who live in the family villa. Excellent for a car. 25 minute walk to Perugia center and convenient to bus route. No air conditioning, but floor fans...

"Unique, clean and beautiful remodeled tower. Traveling with family (5 total), there was plenty of space and accommodations had a full kitchen (we mainly used for breakfast). Location about a mile walk to the old town square. We drove to the Mojano lot due to our son with special needs (8 minute drive). "Michele & Riccardo have a wonderful space they share in Assisi. The apartment was perfect size for two guests. It was clean and we loved the old school coffee pot to make our espresso in the morning. "Beautifully located in the mountains close to Assisi this house was a great place to be. The views alone were stunning. The outdoor spaces were like a little oasis from the hustle of travel. The house is well appointed with spacious bedrooms with king size beds, large stylish bathrooms and peaceful places to relax. Discreetly tucked away in an olive grove the peace was welcome. "No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"My wife and I spent 7 days (Oct.25-Nov.1,2024) in Corciano at the Rock House. It was fabulous. Corciano and the house are gems. Corciano has all the charm of an ancient hilltop village without being overrun with other tourists and endless stores/shops. We felt immersed in a little true Italian community. This house could be a great base for exploring towns in the region such as Assisi and Urbino. However, we loved to experience the quietude and authentic Italian lifestyle that the local area offered. "Several families met up for new years with kids joining part of the time. Great central location for visiting towns in Umbria and Tuscany. House is very comfortable and heating worked fine. We also enjoyed cooking out on a wood fire. Kitchen is a bit small but perfectly adequate for preparing meals for 10 or 14 people, with two refrigerators. Beautiful view from top floor. Plenty of services and groceries nearby. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Just a short walk up into the centre of the town. Lots to see, some great walks if you are fit. Alessandra was so easy to contact and helped us out a great deal. The apartment was excellent to stay in. Alessandra left lots of the things you need for an 8 day stay. We highly recommend Alessandras apartment."
