La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "

"Beautifully located in the mountains close to Assisi this house was a great place to be. The views alone were stunning. The outdoor spaces were like a little oasis from the hustle of travel. The house is well appointed with spacious bedrooms with king size beds, large stylish bathrooms and peaceful places to relax. Discreetly tucked away in an olive grove the peace was welcome. "We had a lovely stay at Daniela’s property in Umbria. The house was clean and very well maintained, with a great private pool and garden. It was a quiet and secluded spot, with an amazing view. Communication with the host was easy and we felt very welcome at the property. Would highly recommend."

No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"An absolutely beautiful house. The interior is completely modern. The house is very well appointed. The village is a dream. David is suoer nice and helpful. There are some steep steps if you have mobility issues. Currently you cant really use the lake beaches because the water is too low. We did rent a motor boat which was an excellent way to experience the lake. "

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"A wonderful property, submerged in beautiful natural surroundings, the flora and fauna were fantastic. Our whole family were delighted by the swifts, starlings and kestrels nesting at the property, my parents described the place as simply magical. Wonderful location for my Father's 80th birthday celebrations, John and Sabine are welcoming and warm hosts. We all felt very relaxed in this comfortable, spacious home. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
